Positive: The location in the national park was amazing. We loved the walks around the property. The cottage was cosy and mostly as expected. The beds were very comfortable. it was great to see the kangaroos and emu and hear the birds. The cottage was well equipped with crockery, books, games, smart TV. The verandas and sofas front and back were great for relaxing and watching the animals, sunrise or sunset. The internet worked well.
Negative: On arrival the door was open and the instructions for getting a key from the lockbox did not work. The heater in the main bedroom didn't work well at all, the heater in the living room worked a little. Not sure if the wood heater works but if it does, that would have been a nice touch. The frypans were dirty. There was no ventilation above the stove for cooking (blocked off with board). One of the supplied towels was wet on the bathroom rack when we arrived, and there wasn't a bathmat or soap. There was food in the freezer and in the back room cupboard but no note to say whether they were available to use or not. We had trouble using the TV for live TV but that may have been us not knowing how to use it. Instructions could help there. There was no DVD player.
Summary: Overall loved the place and the experience. The housekeeping could have been a little better.

Positive: We loved the location & Cottage 6, The May Queen was exceptionally good. Comfortable bed with clean linen and towels. Everything we needed was in the house plus more, a credit to the owners. Even Gumboots to wear outside. When we come again we hope to book the same cottage and it was a very good price.
Negative: I can’t think of anything that could be done better We loved the property inside & out and the rain on the weekend just added to the cosy stay.
